meriç and gorken made check-in easy they escorted me to my room quickly after i arrived. baris provided great customer service during dinner the first night. this was my first visit i recommend the hotel to anyone visiting.

the presidential suite upgrade upon arrival was a good surprise it featured three ensuite bathrooms a guest wc a dining area and a lounge the views from the suite were expansive and amazing the indian restaurant madhus was a culinary highlight lokman our server there made really good recommendations. our room was well-equipped i found it spacious and comfortable the staff's helpfulness especially in the executive lounge was appreciated emine berber remembered my needs and attended to them quickly without me needing to ask.
the rooftop bar's noise continued late into the night it sometimes disrupted sleep in rooms close to it

the room service was quite slow i ordered an extra pillow it took 40 minutes the hotel's parking is also inconvenient as it is not in the basement it was a hassle to go out from there
